Senior Management Team

Wayne has been with Sybase South Africa since August 2000. He is Country Director for the South African Company and reports into Sybase Inc. in London. Wayne has brought his experience in building sustainable businesses to the fore at Sybase and under his guidance is hoping to continue and grow the success and reputation that Sybase has in the market today.

Rob has been with Sybase South Africa since March 1994. His portfolio includes management of the Cape regional operation as well as Customer Services and Support nationally. Rob participates in the Executive Leadership Team and makes a significant contribution in determining the corporate strategy and business direction.

Julie has been with Sybase South Africa since November 1994. She is currently an executive advisor for all corporate and product marketing activities and heads the business's Mobility division. Julie is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Johan has been with Sybase South Africa since November 1996. He is Practice Director for Data Management division and the B.I.Practice division. Johan is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Gerd has been with Sybase South Africa since January 2007. He heads the Finance and Admin Division. Gerd is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Cameron has been with Sybase South Africa since May 2008. He is the Sales Director and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team.

Arnel has been with Sybase South Africa since July 2002. She heads the Client Service & Support environment which includes Customer Support and Training.

Linda has been with Sybase South Africa since January 2008. She heads up Human Resources for the business nationally.

Roger has been with Sybase South Africa since May 1994. Roger manages all operational activities in the Cape region. He is also responsible for IT nationally.

Madeleine has been with Sybase South Africa since March 2009. She fulfills the role of Financial Controller.

Estelle has been with Sybase South Africa since January 1999. She is responsible for B.I.Practice and has been very instrumental in building this division into a successful and highly regarded specialist business providing business intelligence solutions to the local market.

Rudi has been with Sybase South Africa since November 2004. He is responsible for the product and business development strategy for the Sybase Data Management Practice. His portfolio includes the key legacy Sybase solution set as well as complimentary 3rd party products that enhance our enterprise architecture offering.

Colin has been with Sybase South Africa since May 2008. He is responsible for execution in the Mobile Division which includes product strategy and expertise, service delivery and project coordination.
